Chianis + Anderson served as the project architect for the complete interior renovation of this traditional family owned restaurant. The business has been a favorite in the Binghamton community since 1943. Renovations have introduced complete new finishes including paint, tin ceiling, millwork, fabric, and lighting; new booth and banquette seating; an improved traffic flow for the wait staff; a wine room; and improvements to the bar.
