🏛️ We're Hiring! Senior Architectural Designer
📐Chianis + Anderson Architects is growing, and we're looking for a talented Senior Architectural Designer to join our team in downtown Binghamton. If you're an experienced architectural professional with strong Revit skills, a passion for quality design, and the ability to take projects from concept through construction, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do:
✅ Lead construction document production
✅ Coordinate with consultants and project teams
✅ Contribute to design and technical problem-solving
✅ Participate in site visits and project meetings
✅ Mentor junior team members
What we're looking for:
• 5+ years of architectural office experience
• Degree in Architecture or related field
• Strong proficiency in Revit and working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Experience with construction documents and consultant coordination
Compensation: $30-$35/hour, based on experience and qualifications, plus a competitive benefits package.
