The project involved an interior renovation of the existing Templeton and Hawkeye dining and bar spaces which are located on the lower level of The Otesaga Resort Hotel.
 

The project included, but was not limited to:

•  Creation of a new entrance and hostess stand for the Templeton restaurant area

• New lounge seating area near a two-sided gas-fired fireplace unit

• New dance floor area/mobile seating area

• Relocate the existing bar and add a new curved bar section and two and two staff service areas

• Back bar area including storage room

• Fire bar service entrance

• High top seating area near the new bar

• Low seating area along window wall area of the restaurant

• Creation of a private dining room with a fireplace and wine wall

• Creation of a new wine tasting space and cheese room with a farm table and wine well

• Expansion of the kitchen area to include 18’ – 20’ of exhaust hood

• Expansion and re-orientation of the service area for staff
