Resident House

Chianis + Anderson Architects provided full architectural and interior design services for a new residential building on the main educational campus for an organization who serves people with developmental disabilities. The single-story structure, with partial basement, contains two apartments on either side of a main core. A shared kitchen, laundry, and various staff support services make up the core; while five bedrooms, baths, a living room, and a dining room are included in each of the apartments.
