Completed in 2002–2003 at an on-budget cost of just over $14,000,000, this 71,000 square foot three story building was designed as a multi-tenant structure with flexibility in mind. The cast stone exterior façade and rock faced accents sets this building apart form its neighbors, and gives the anchor tenant a sense of individuality and pride. At the present time, the building contains a 10 physician orthopedic practice, physical therapy suite, an open MRI, and a 20 station renal dialysis unit, among other sub specialty offices.
