Chianis + Anderson Architects worked with the Owner from the early planning stages of this project to review potential sites, provide cost analysis, and perform program test fits as needed. Ultimately, an existing medical office building was chosen for renovation.

Chianis + Anderson Architects provided design services for both the exterior and interior renovation. The building now serves the organization’s Professional Home Care needs which includes administrative offices for management, and home nursing staff. A mixing and compounding pharmacy, supply warehouse, retail space, and conference rooms make up the balance of the building.
