Formerly a small scale manufacturing building and most recently -a beautician school, this four story trapezoidally planned building was renovated to provide graduate student housing on the three upper levels. A corner anchor for the revitalization of the Binghamton waterfront, this project was constructed in conjunction with a local developer familiar with such tasks and dedicated to the success of Binghamton. The two loft style apartments provide high ceilings, open views to the river and a comfortable atmosphere to live and study. Most recently, a bookstore has leased the ground floor space.
