Chianis + Anderson served as the project architect for the complete interior and exterior renovation of an existing building for a brewery and restaurant. This project included the renovation and adaptive reuse of 4,274SF of existing space on the first level of a historic building in downtown
Binghamton. The program included a 1,871SF dining room, bar, commercial kitchen, and 12 tank brewery for one of the leading Brew Masters in the area. The lower level was developed into the necessary support spaces including cold storage and Keg filling stations.
 

Façade restoration created a unique identity for the brewery and it seamlessly blends into the downtown fabric.

Galaxy has been voted People’s Choice for the Best Brewery in the area.
