Chianis + Anderson was the lead design firm selected for this 18,500 SF terminal for the Sullivan County International Airport located in Swan Lake New York. This highly efficient building employed the ‘Perfect Wall’ strategy to insulate opaque walls and large curtain walls to the north to capture and flood the interior with sunlight. Interior offices are fit up with glass partitions to allow for sunlight to be shared. A second-floor restaurant/bar with outdoor seating allows for breathtaking views of the runway and surrounding valleys.
