Chianis + Anderson was selected to assist with an upgrade to an office and distribution center, hidden in the residential/light commercial district of Cortland New York. The project evolved to the construction of a new 27,700sf office, training facility, warehouse, and distribution center just outside of Cortland. Goals were to design a building that would comfortably contain their current design and sales staff with room for growth, provide a new training center for Architects, Outside Sales Representatives, and Contractors, and act as a receiving and distribution center for all products sold in the New York and Northern Pennsylvania area. The new New York headquarters has already established itself as an attractive addition to the area landscape and can easily be seen from nearby Interstate 81. The new location and appearance will help to improve visibility and corporate image.
